I suppose that there may be other companies who could accomplished this feat, but I doubt very much that they could have done it with as much knowledge and respect for nature as you all exhibited. From start to finish, each and every employee who came here was responsible and conscientious. I applaud the skills of everyone at BP, as well as the subcontractors who came and went. You worked together so well.

I want to acknowledge the superior job that was done at my home recently. Your technician was sent to plant some trees for me. His caring, calm approach was much appreciated. He went beyond the call of duty on many occasions to see that the job was satisfactory. In fact the job was beyond my expectations. The area around the trees was weeded (which I didn't expect), the sprinklers were modified with thought and thoroughness, he modified the back of the ore cart to support my plants, and the drive was even blown off at the completion of the job! BP completed our landscape project yesterday. It was completed on schedule as promised. There is but one thing Sally and I did not expect: the result is even more beautiful than we had envisioned. We are absolutely delighted. 

This is the second project BP has undertaken for us. The first was such a success we did not hesitate when we again needed landscape design and construction. You and your staff were completely professional during the entire project from design to the final placement of individual rocks along the pathway. We appreciated the grace and competence with which BP handled the changes we made during the project. We know some of those changes must have created scheduling problems for you, but we never heard about the problems, we only saw solutions. 

Speaking of your staff, we want you to know how very helpful three particular individuals were during the project. Your project manager visited the site regularly to answer questions and be certain we were satisfied at each stage. His knowledge and artistic flair has a great deal to do with the final outcome. Your foreman, an artist in his own right, was on the project all day, every day. He arrived early in the morning and stayed late in the day to insure the actual work met his very high standard. The friendly and professional staff you sent us will always be a part of the experience we recall as we look out over the beautiful environment BP created for us. 

Once again, we are completely satisfied with the completed landscape project. We will not hesitate to recommend BP Landscapes to anyone who asks. I thank you for creating a beautiful setting that we will enjoy for many years.

During the recent snowstorm, I had occasion to meet some of your workers I don't normally come in contact with. These individuals worked steadily at the backbreaking job of removing nearly two feet of wet snow from my driveway and parking area. Throughout the job, they were cheerful, courteous, and seemingly untiring! 

I found this especially noteworthy and felt compelled to tell you how much I appreciated their efforts on both your and my behalf.

This letter has 3 purposes. The first is to let you know how pleased we are with the results of our landscaping. The yard has been transformed from the look of the Gobi Desert to a lovely landscaped park. With the path lighting and the up-Iighting on the trees it is beautiful even in the dark. Strolling around the pathways is like being in some resort. The access pathway to my brother's house is perfect. Having firm, stable, level ground to walk on has allowed me to eliminate my walking stick going back and forth. All of the plants you have provided have been healthy and beautiful. The few that were victims of over watering or sweltering heat or deer munching have been replaced with fine new ones. The water has been adjusted as needed. The only ones we are waiting for a prognosis on are the Liquid Ambars, and that will have to wait for spring. But I know you will replace them if they do not recover, so I am not worried. We are very pleased with everything. The pond is being finished as I write. It is so natural looking ! The noise of the falling water is perfect. The front gate area was done today. It looks wonderful
against the rock wall. 

The second purpose of this letter is to let you know we would like to discuss the level of maintenance contract. I have no hope for remembering what plants to feed when. I either over water or underwater routinely. So I would like to get a plan that will not leave the health of all of these plants up to me -The Black Thumb. We will need a lot of help to keep it this lovely. 

The third, and perhaps most important purpose of this letter is to let you know how much we appreciate the crew you have had working for us. All of your men have been polite, pleasant, and very hard-working. It has been a pleasure having them around. We particularly want to let you know that your foreman been outstanding. Not only has he worked like a maniac in record-breaking hot weather, he has kept everybody else going every second. I don't think anyone ever had an idle moment. He handles himself in a very professional manner at all times. He also has gone out of his way to be helpful to us. Those little extra moments of public service were very appreciated. I also want to commend the resourcefulness of your management in problem solving whenever the plan did not work out quite as expected and an alternative had to be worked out. Nothing was ever presented as: "You can't do that." It was always, "We have figured out that it would be better in this circumstance to do this instead." The whole emphasis on the positive was very refreshing. The quality of the people you hire made this whole experience so much more pleasant.

From the initial consultation through the completion of the work, BP acted professionally and with complete competence. I am sending a letter of appreciation for the work ethics of your employee. He arrived at our home on September 30, before the estimated time scheduled. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the chemical he was using to spray our poison oak. We asked him about mistletoe removal and he referred us to your office.
This was the second time we had our poison oak sprayed on our five acre lot. We were amazed at how thorough a job was cone back in July. We are grateful to find a business that has quality employees in a well-rounded manner.
